Working with the Light of the Central Channels

Nicola has developed her theory of the central channels and the light body from her work with Pauline Sasaki and her Qigong practice. This workshop will cover the central channels - governing, conception and penetrating and heart-uterus meridian. This work also covers the connection of the central channels to the charkas and the whole energy field. It is an exciting workshop as we will have the chance to experience Qi at its most rarefied and at its most dense. The workshop is taught through practical Shiatsu.

Nicola first started training in Shiatsu in Japan while she was working there in 1978. She is one of the founding teachers of the Shiatsu College. She started working with the heart-uterus meridian after finding a reference to it in an obscure herbal, before then it wasn’t used in Shiatsu.
