Shiatsu Foundation Course ‘Living in Harmony’
2024/25, 7/8th September, 28/29th September, 26/27th October, 23/24th November, 11/12th January, 8/9th February, 8/9th March
This Course will give you the knowledge and ability to do basic Shiatsu. We will cover the 12 Meridians, what organs they relate to as well as the Concept of the 5 Elements and how they relate to the functioning of body and mind.
This course consists of 7 weekends (one per month) and is part 1 of the First Year Shiatsu training.
